Internet Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate for the Internet Sales Representative position will have a professional appearance and demeanor and the ability to efficiently multi-task. Some responsibilities include:

  • Promptly answer calls with a positive voice and demeanor
  • Greet customers upon arrival for set appointments and assist them with their purchase
  • Consistently utilize the customer relationship management software
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction according to Ford’s standards
  • Meet store sales objectives, internet closing ratio, and training requirements
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Always maintain a customer-centric mindset

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable and safe driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
